Have been taking Saw Palmetto for some time in capsule form, but thought that the capsules were too big and at times made me gag. So it was refreshing that Mobu's Saw Palmetto is in tablet form. The tablets are easy to swallow and are slightly stronger than the capsules. So it's a win-win all round!

This batch is much, much better than my last ones. I'm assuming that as Saw Palmetto is a natural product there may be some differences between batches, but I can def recommend these, working well. My trips to the toilet have dropped by 90% on average, at least and 100% some nights, so getting a good night's sleep.

Been suggested this to help with pcos hair loss - I've been combining it with some other things, so not sure what's helping the most, but since I started using it my hair fall has definitely slowed. I' received my order within 4 working days I'd say. My supplements were posted through my letterbox using discreet packaging. The packaging within the outer packaging was vacuumed packed to keep the vegan ingredients fresh I' presume. I've used this supplements before from another supplier, 'but the Mobu had ingredients were vegan friendly and contained 20-1 of the plant extract for every 150g. My tablet were bigger compared to other suppliers.
