Subscription Guide
MOBU subscriptions are completely flexible and you can subscribe to any of our products.
You can also pause deliveries, cancel your subscription, update your delivery address and payment method at any time.
Keep reading to learn more about subscriptions.
How To Start Your Subscription
To start your subscription, simply visit any of our product pages and:
1. Choose “Subscribe"
2. Select the size
3. Choose the frequency you want to receive your delivery, for example every 1 month
4. Click on 'Add to Basket'
5. You'll see Shopping Basket pop up, where you can review your order and proceed to the secure checkout.
Create Your Account
To manage your subscriptions, you need to have a MOBU account.
You can simply set it up by clicking here.
As soon as you create your account, you will receive an email to activate it.
Once your account is set up, you will be able to access your account area, where you can manage your subscription details.
Manage Your Subscription
Now you can change delivery dates, payment information, shipping address and more! Simply click 'Edit' to edit your delivery frequency or 'Update'/'Change' to amend your payment method or shipping address.
If you would like to stop receiving a certain product, you can cancel a subscription anytime. Just click 'Cancel' and confirm.
