We ship all our orders through Royal Mail 48

You can track your order using Royal Mail Track & Trace, a tracking number will be provided when your order has been dispatched. Royal Mail 48 tracking will only update when an attempt for delivery is made. 

Our packaging team aims to dispatch orders within 1 working day, however this may take longer during holidays periods.

Once dispatched, orders will generally arrive within 3-5 working days but this can take longer dependent on Royal Mail delivery delays.

We offer a 30 day return policy for unused items or if the item doesn’t meet your expectations. The return postage will be your responsibility.
