I have been taking these for 6 months now. I can FEEL the difference in my skin - not just my face but on my body too - I use much less product and my skin drinks it up. My blemishes have reduced dramatically and I use much less moisturiser abs feel my skin is less clogged. People are saying I look well - even though I am studying hard for exams alongside working full time. At a fraction of the price of other collagen supplements it’s a no brainier to give these a try for 6 months. These capsules are easy to swallow. I purchased 120 capsules (long expiry date too) and they fitted through the letterbox no problem. I have only been taking them for a week, but there seems to be a slight improvement in the look and feel of my skin and I've also noticed that the ache I used to get in my knees is much improved.

After just 6 weeks of using the marine collagen I had a facial and my beautician noticed how much bounce and fewer wrinkles I have !!!
