Not bought from mobu before but so impressed by delivery speed, price and value for money. I didn't realise biotin has to be of a certain mg to take effect (which explains why high Street vitamins hadn't been cutting the mustard for me!). I've been taking for about 3 weeks and noticing a huge difference in the strength of my nails which used to be so strong but for whatever reason had started snapping and peeling. This has improved ten fold since taking these and my hair which was thinning and snapping off (postpartum and I have PCOS) is now feeling stronger, shiny, I'm growing baby hairs and it's not breaking off when I brush it nearly as much. While it may be everything that makes me happy, living and working with animals in the glorious countryside, my nails hair and skin take a daily beating. I find it increasingly difficult to stop my nails from breaking and find when they are short and flaking, in turn my fingers get cracked and split
which leaves them very sore.
Im hoping that by taking a daily biotin supplement I can improve my nail strength and prevent this happening.
As I've aged I have also noticed my hair thinning and becoming quite brittle so here's hoping Mobu have not only provided me with a product at an excellent price, delivered quickly but one that can help me improve my nails and hair a little.

Within a month I have nails - all the same length !! And my hair is starting to grow back on my crown where I had a lot of hair fall due to stress. I certainly can see results abd I have tried multiple ( very expensive ) products but never had such great results and so fast. Superb plus you get a years worth of it ( or 6 months if taking 2 a day which I am ) for a great price and you don’t run out after a month forgetting to Re purchase leading to no continuity therefore you miss the results. Would recommend to anyone who wants natural nails - great hair and my skin is healing very fast ( I am suffering from menopause acne ). Won’t ever not have this in my home.

I have two auto immune diseases and after infusions I started to lose my hair. I put up with it until I was losing my brows and a kind nurse told me about Biotin. I was warned to take for a minimum of 3 months to see best results. I started seeing a difference at 2 months and by 3 my brows were going back. This works for people who have had hair loss. I take it everyday and nothing will ever stop me. It has kept me sane.
