Been using these capsules for about a year now and not only is my skin more plump with less fine lines. But my joints are much less achy. My husband also takes these and it’s stopped his knees pain completely. He really notices if he misses a day. Such good value for money and much easier to take than the collagen powders.
Quick delivery, amusing emails, not sure if the collagen is working yet as it takes a few months before I should feel any results but easy to swallow and postbox friendly packaging so all good 👍

After just 6 weeks of using the marine collagen I had a facial and my beautician noticed how much bounce and fewer wrinkles I have !!! Have only been using these for the last 2 weeks and I have already seen less shedding of my hair and my nails seem to be getting stronger too. I primarily got these to help with weight loss as I’ve heard they are good for suppressing appetite. Early days but I would 100% recommend these as seem much superior to other more expensive collagen tablets that I have used in the past. One very happy customer!

Good quality supplement and well packaged. Gave 4 star rather than 5 as not really able to judge if they have made much difference to my skin/hair/nails.
