This is my 4th week of taking this tablet IT IS AMAZING!!!!! I suffer with really bad anxiety and wake up most days with belly ache since taking this tablet it has gone!!!! I feel some much calmer and chilled out.

Great company arrived next day always on hand if you have any questions
I have only given three stars because I have only just started taking these tablets so obviously have not seen any difference yet. Also, I have tried contacting customer service by email twice to inform them that my tablets BBE date is 02/26 and I received them on 24/02/26 and have not received any reply.
Love this company, their emails make me laugh out loud, but, on a serious not, their supplements are great quality, packaged well, the prices are very competitive and delivered quickly. I will definitely be ordering all my supplements from Mobu.

This is the first time of taking ashwagandha and I’m impressed. It’s only a small tablet but it packs a big punch. I’m diabetic and look for anything to help keep my sugar levels down it’s early days as yet but I’m very hopeful.
Ashwangandha is absolutely brilliant. My sleep is amazing when I take this. I would recommend trying these if you are having sleeping problems.

A high quality supplement that i use to aid insomnia
small pills so very easy to take for people (like me) that hate taking pills. the packaging is pretty too which is a bonus and was posted with minimal plastic. great for the environment!
