Easy to order, quick to arrive and easy to use: this is a good way to keep my electrolytes topped up on my daily swim.
I take two in the morning before work or before heading out to cycle for exercise. They make a huge difference to yourself in everything you do. In the past week with the heatwave they keep me energised all day and stop me feeling lethargic.

Really good before a workout and after to stop cramping. I've sometimes added it to a drink, shaking it vigorously and waiting an hour helps it dissolve a little but I would recommend just swallowing it in tablet form instead.
Great value for money
So far so good. Taking the tablets as part of my daily vitamin supplement routine. I use it in combination with my effervescent tablets which are flavoured. Feeling good.

My daughter introduced me to these while I was having a vertigo attack (unfortunately they can be frequent). I've been taking them every day since and have kept the attacks right down, which is absolutely wonderful. As a bonus, they also help me sleep much better so I will be continuing. Hydration is key but these are a brilliant help.
Mobu electrolytes. Take two everyday especially good during the summer and sets you up before any exercise. For me a couple of few hours cycling.

I was recommended Mobu from a friend after I had suffered in the Mallorca 312 with horrific cramp. I bought a pack to take with me to ride the Marmotte this weekend and the weather was scorcio (42 degrees at the bottom of Alp d'Huez) and although my body felt broken on the ascent after 100 miles and 17000 feet of climbing, I never once suffered from cramp. I highly recommend, best thing I have taken for cramp.
I went on a crash diet as I was overweight. Lost a stone in less than a month. Big mistake, shakes, panic attacks, anxiety etc. I read that sort of diet would cause havoc with electrolyte balance so I cut out all supplements and just took Mobu. Things are settling down now thank the Lord and Mobu. Legs not cramping or sore now but still muscle tightness and a little swelling but getting better every day. Not sure how long I should continue to take but the next few days anyway. Thank you.
