I mean not sure if it's working because it's on the insides. But the service is fantastic, the emails are hilarious and the product arrived well packaged and in good time. So apart from the ability to check my immune system and give quantitative evidence it's working, it seems to be a good product.

Hi dose, good quality product
I've been taking zinc for some time now, and not been unwell with anything for about 2 years now, I'd normally get 3-4 horrible colds every year and I've not had any! Hurray for zinc... It's awesome
